This three-week assignment centered on exploring the concept of play and its various expressions. Personally, I find solace in reading and immersing myself in new worlds through literature. However, I understand that this interest may not always be deemed as 'cool,' especially to children. Therefore, my project, Bookbear, aims to address this issue by promoting the idea that one should not have to conform to societal norms to be accepted. Through this project, I aspire to encourage and inspire readers to embrace their individuality and pursue their passions, regardless of external pressures.
